That’s a very big question which would be answered after
reading this piece!
Do you know there are 214000 nerve endings in your feet,
for example that connect to every organ in the body? Your feet sweat about a
cup of moisture per day. The quality of the shoe makes a huge difference in
whether your shoes will allow this moisture to properly escape or build up
bacteria which is tracked into your home.
Some women endure excruciating pain in their
high heel shoes but spending a little more on quality shoes could make a huge
difference! Do you know what to look for when buying shoes? Buy shoes made of
real leather not imitation. The higher the heels the more the risk of blisters
so go for reasonable height. The weight of the shoe is also important, the
heavier the shoe the more pressure it puts on your feet, cheaper shoes are
usually heavier. Men should remove their shoes when in office once in a while
to allow the feet breathe and reduce sweating! More to come!

This interesting story about David Beckham
was in the news a few years back and I would share it with you. When David
Beckham went to AC Milan on loan some years back, he had a terrible chronic
back pain which concerned the club’s medical department. AC Milan have one of
the best holistic medical scientists in the world. They found that David’s gap
tooth was the cause of the problem. The solution was to get the Dentists to
close the gap and the pain disappeared immediately. The lesson here is that
every part of our body is interlinked and therefore prompt attention must be
paid to all issues which may adversely affect our health.
