Laptops and gadgets are expensive and if you want good quality products you must be prepared to pay for it; that’s true but if you know the secret you will never waste a penny more that necessary to buy your gadgets! The secret is in the clause which stipulates the description of brand new items as ‘refurbished’ under UK Consumer Act! A simple example is the statutory right of consumers which allows you to return any goods you buy within 14 days if you change your mind for whatever reason!
