TROUBLE IN NIGERIA FOOTBALL AS NFF SPLITS AFTER ELECTION!!!

NFF members met on Tuesday
Outgoing NFF president Aminu Maigari was to preside over a scheduled meeting to design a road map for elections to the NFF executive committee, to be held by 9 September.
But Maigari, along with the secretary of the organisation Musa Amadu, was unable to attend because he was detained for "general questioning" by the Department of State Security.
And in his absence Chris Giwa was elected NFF president by a group of members backed by the country's Ministry of Sport.

HOTELS WITH THE BEST BATHROOM VIEWS!!!

Plenty of hotels splurge on thrilling views from the lobby, rooftop and other public spaces only to leave you feeling like you’re missing out by the time you get to your room itself, where the views often seem a lot more limiting than what the public spaces promises.
And then there are those elite properties that make sure every window in your hotel room looks onto something spectacular – and all the better when that includes the bathroom window views, too.
Is there anything more decadent than soaking in a bath tub scrolling through the day’s travel tales in your mind with a view, say, of the Eiffel Tower or towering mountains reflecting back at you? We say no. If you ask us, the view from a hotel room’s bathroom can often be just as rewarding as the views you enjoy from the bedroom itself – and all the more so when an extra-large soaking tub is involved in the equation.
For some of the best hotel bathroom views in the world, follow our lead to these fine properties that seriously value bathroom bling:

Many a honeymooner has soaked away the post-wedding stress in one of the chromatherapy whirl pool tubs that open onto spectacular views of the peaky mountains rising over Anse Chastanet beach, one of the most spectacular beaches in all of the Caribbean. The tubs are mounted on a pedestal, all the better to take in the incredible views. And if you’re more of a shower type the property has you covered, too, with rain showers with six powerful body spray nozzles that you can adjust according to your height

ESTABLISHING HEALTHY FINANCIAL HABIT!!!

When you are in your twenties, it is a great time to establish healthy financial habits that can go with you for the rest of your life. The habits that you form now will follow you. It is important to work now to create habits that will benefit you in the future. Even the small things may end up costing you a lot more in the future. Here are five habits that can cost you a lot later on.

1. Never Paying Off Your Credit Card

If you are only paying the minimum on your credit card, you are primarily paying the interest, and you will likely continue to pay on the card for years instead of months. One great way to find out how much this habit is costing you is to look at your bill. Each monthly statement has a box that tells you how much you paid in interest this month, how long it will take you to pay off the card by paying the minimum and the amount that you need to pay to pay it off in three years. The interest payments can be huge, and if you are only paying the minimum amount you will not make any real progress on your debt.

2. Eating Out

When you are single, it may not seem like that big of deal to eat out a couple of nights a week. Without the extra cost of children, it may be nearly as inexpensive as cooking at home. Of course this depends on where you eat out and what you cook at home. If you are eating out at five star restaurants, you can definitely cook for less.

What Should You Do if You Have Been Diagnosed with Prediabetes?

If you’ve just been told you have prediabetes you are certainly not alone. The Center for Disease Control estimates that 57 million people in the United States are considered to have prediabetes. While the diagnosis can be scary and overwhelming, it may actually alter your life for the better.  I have witnessed patients with prediabetes completely change their life, in a good way, because they become empowered to eat healthier, exercise more, lose weight and prevent diabetes. The American Diabetes Association Standards of Care reports that you can prevent or delay Type 2 diabetes with lifestyle changes. For most, prevention relies heavily on weight loss. The amount of weight loss

FINDING THE BEST WALKING SHOES!!!

Walking shoes are your most important item of gear. We will help you decide which are the best shoes to buy for fitness walking.

Finding the Best Walking Shoes

There is no one best shoe for all walkers. The best shoe for you is the the one that fits you best, the one that gives you the proper support, flexibility, cushioning, and compensates for any stride problems you may have, such as overpronation. Each person's feet are different.
Take all advice with a grain of salt. Find a shoe fitting expert to help you find the shoe that is best for your walking distance, speed, style, and surface as well as your weight and stride. The best place to find that person is at the most-serious running shoe store in your area.

TEN COMMANDMENTS OF GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

is an integral part of our job and should not be seen as an extension of it. A company’s most vital asset is its customers. Without them, we would not and could not exist in business. When you satisfy our customers, they not only help us grow by continuing to do business with you, but recommend you to friends and associates.
The practice of customer service should be as present on the show floor as it is in any other sales environment.
The Ten Commandments of Customer Service
  1. Know who is boss. You are in business to service customer needs, and you can only do that if you know what it is your customers want. When you truly listen to your customers, they let you know what they want and how you can provide good service. Never forget that the customer pays our salary and makes your job possible.
  2. Be a good listener. Take the time to identify customer needs by asking questions and concentrating on what the customer is really saying. Listen to their words, tone of voice, body language, and most importantly, how they feel. Beware of making assumptions - thinking you intuitively know what the customer wants. Do you know what three things are most important to your customer?
Effective listening and undivided attention are particularly important on the show floor where there is a great danger of preoccupation - looking around to see to whom else we could be selling to.
  3. Identify and anticipate needs. Customers don't buy products or services. They buy good feelings and solutions to problems. Most customer needs are emotional rather than logical. The more you know your customers, the better you become at anticipating their needs. Communicate regularly so that you are aware of problems or upcoming needs.
  4. Make customers feel important and appreciated. Treat them as individuals. Always use their name and find ways to compliment them, but be sincere. People value sincerity. It creates good feeling and trust. Think about ways to generate good feelings about doing business with you. Customers are very sensitive and know whether or not you really care about them. Thank them every time you get a chance.
On the show floor be sure that your body language conveys sincerity. Your words and actions should be congruent.

BREAKING NEWS! FORMER PRESIDENT IS BOKO HARAM FINANCIAL!!!!

Boko Haram, the extremist Nigerian Islamic group, operating in Northern Nigeria is being financed and backed by a former Prime Minister and President of the Islamic Republic of Mauritania, Reports has gathered from a top security source. The 70-year-old Sunni Muslim, who ruled Mauritania both as Prime Minister and Pres, ident before he was ousted in 2005 by a military coup has been identified by Nigerian intelligence services as a key facilitator, motivator and backer of the faction of the radical group which says it wants full Islamic law enthroned in all northern states in Nigeria. The faction has claimed responsibility for multiple bombings and several attacks in the north targeting the military, police formations and Christians. The sect a few days ago during the Sallah holiday out of frustration attacked churches and Christians in the New Jerusalem area of Damaturu, Yobe State after Nigerian intelligence services thwarted plots to blow up prime targets in Abuja and Maiduguri. The former soldier, who was a strong ally of the United States, France and Israel during his reign, has lived in Doha, Qatar with his family since August 22, 2005, after he was offered asylum in the Arab state, We gathered. The former President according to our source has been coordinating with senior elements of an Arab country in the Middle East and some sympathetic Nigerian interests to destabilize Nigeria in order to enthrone Islam in the entire north. However, Nigerian intelligence officials alongside those of Britain and the United States have in the last few months been gathering specific intelligence on the operations of the sect including its cross border channels in Mali, Mauritania, Burkina Faso and Niger Republic. Specifically, officials have been trailing sources of funds, expertise and sophisticated weapons being used by members of the sect. My source declined to go into details when we pressed for specifics, but hinted that security chiefs are close to piecing all the loose ends together following the arrest and successful repatriation of some Nigerian radical extremists from Pakistan and Libya, who are giving useful information to intelligence officials. The Algerian government Sunday announced that it has credible intelligence that Boko Haram has linked up with al Qaeda in the Islamic Maghreb (AQIM) which has its North African headquarters in Algeria. Deputy Foreign Minister, Abdelkader Messahel told journalists that intelligence report show both groups have been coordinating. We have no doubts that coordination exists between Boko Haram and al Qaeda, Messahel said. The United States is presently providing key training in counter-terrorism to Nigerian military personal while France has also pledged support for Nigeria to ensure the sect is defeated. Boko Haram was relatively unknown and did not have the capacity, means or network needed to orchestrate any serious attacks in Nigerian until it was hijacked by foreign backers and some disgruntled local politicians who have so far provided training, weapons and cash to some local extremists who are presently in hiding and directing attacks.

New Florida Rep, 23, Goes From Parents' House to State House!!!

Elected to Florida's House of Representatives by a 6-point margin Tuesday, Sullivan, a Republican, concedes her age made some voters nervous.
"I understand now that I have to prove myself," she told ABC News. And she'll waste no time demonstrating her worthiness once she gets to Tallahassee. She's particularly eager to get to work repealing Common Core, the controversial education policy.
During the campaign, opponents knocked her for her age and inexperience. One GOP rival's campaign brochure sneered, "State Representative isn't an internship or job training course."Another rival reportedly even attacked her for living at home. But Sullivan dismisses their criticisms as "desperate … grasping at straws."
