Responsibilities:

• Lead the warehouse and distribution team to meet the efficiency, safety and service levels requirements to support the company’s continued rapid growth.

• Responsible for coordinating and managing all activities in a lean distribution operation including the receiving, warehousing, inventory control, production material support, domestic freight, and delivery of products in a manner consistent with company service and cost objectives. This includes the hiring, developing and training of leads, warehouse and driver team members.

• Responsible for developing and implementing continuous improvement in all processes.

• Establish and maintain high standards and an absolute focus on customer success.

• Develop and implement logistics support policy, procedures and methodologies to the common benefit of all mission units;
• Prepare reports on personnel and material movements and other operational logistics issues;

• Participate in technical survey missions for new missions and pre-deployment verification visits to troop contributing countries;

• Identify, plan and manage special logistics operations

• Ensure timely, accountable and cost-effective delivery of peacekeeping cargos and personnel;

Requirements:

• Minimum of HND/BSC degree from any related discipline.
